I just loved all the colours and mixing and matching of patterns. Elana’s Kitchen Tea was planned by her (very capable!) bridesmaids. I love capturing pretty things so I had a blast!

Madre Kohn Creative recently added a new service to our list: Wedding Planning & Coordination. To celebrate this and introduce you to our new venture we teamed up with the Adore Me team to offer you a amazing wedding competition where lots of prizes could be won. So we have been without a site or blog for some time now, but we are back! Bigger, better and more creative than ever! Thanks to all our followers who made it possible for us to operate without this VERY important marketing tool for the past few months. Without you it would not have been possible. But now we are back in cyber world and with a bang as well!

Our previous blog was a huge success and we are positive that the new one will be much bigger! They got married at Beloftebos, Stanford. What a beautiful and whimsical venue… I was lost for words when I got there. Initially I was second photographer, but the evening before I got the news from Izandi (I Do Wedding Coordination): I will be the one and only photographer that day. I felt nervous, but excited to grab this opportunity, because one thing was for sure – this will be a wedding people are going to talk about for some time to come!

Unprepared and with hubby by my side as my assistant – I took on the challenge and I’m glad I did. There was pleasant suprise around every corner. The detail was astonishing and a feast for the eye.

Thea and Stiaan, thanks so much for the opportunity to capture your true love on one of the most important days of your lives. I don’t have to wish you any love and happiness – it is obvious you already got everything you need to build your happy lives together! Thanks for just being the people you are!
